HIRING FOR FULLTIME NOC (7PM-7AM)
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance.
- Support infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition, escalating concerns when necessary.
What You'll Bring
- Current and valid California LVN license in good standing.
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
