Family looking for a comforting patient LVN, Female or Male nurse 

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on nursing care in the patient’s home

• Monitor vitals, manage medications, and follow the care plan

• Provide comfort, safety, and support to the patient and family

• Document care accurately and promptly

What You Need

• Active LVN license

• Current CPR certification

• Tracheostomy and Ventilator certification

• Compassion, professionalism, reliability

• Home health or shift care experience a plus
