Licensed Vocational Nurse - SNP - Full-Time | Per-Diem

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Alturas; CA and we are seeking Full-Time and Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their Skilled Nursing Facility.

In this role, you will work closely with residents, families, and care teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting.

Full-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package & per diem roles offer flexible scheduling.

Schedule: Full-Time | Per-Diem | All-Shifts | On-site

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, quality nursing care following care plans and facility guidelines
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the provider promptly
  
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
  
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
  
• Follow all regulatory requirements and facility policies
  

What We Are Looking For

• Current California LVN license and active CPR certification
  
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and across units as needed
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills
  
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  
• Compassionate team player dedicated to resident-centered care
