Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join a busy Primary Care team serving both adult and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, support providers during clinic operations, and help ensure efficient patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Job Duties
Room patients using the standard rooming process and prepare them for provider visits.
Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information.
Assist providers with patient care, procedures, and clinical tasks as needed.
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Float between adult and pediatric primary care departments as needed to support clinic operations.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
Previous experience in a Primary Care, Family Practice, or Outpatient Clinic setting preferred.
