Marshfield Care Center – Marshfield, MO
$30–$32 per hour

We’re looking for a confident, dependable LPN Charge Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced long-term care environment and takes pride in guiding a strong team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise CNA staff on your assigned unit
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
• Ensure care plans are followed and documented accurately
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Missouri LPN license
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
