- Serve as primary point of contact for licensing renewal-related inquiries, portal access issues, and general licensing support. - Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone and email regarding renewal applications, portal navigation, and payment concerns. - Troubleshoot account access and login issues for licensees. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff as needed. - Perform administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and record maintenance. - Monitor and respond to voicemail messages and email inquiries related to licensing. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, call volume, and issue resolutions. - Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and records. - Support other departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency. - Multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Use Microsoft Word, email management tools, and Adobe PDF for daily tasks. - Must be local, able to attend in-person interviews, and start within two weeks of an offer. - Completion of background check and drug screening required.
