Demonstrates competence in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring staff to meet the needs of the Organization.
Responsible for the overall supervision and administrative functions at the assigned McLeod Health Campus.
Directs the local Emergency Management Program to include, Training, Drills, and Preparedness.
Monitor, Investigate, Review, and Compile data from complaints, incident reports, and other sources for trends and improvement opportunities.
Maintains a quiet, safe environment at the assigned McLeod Health Campus.
Conducts Annual Employee Appraisals
Perform other duties as assigned.

Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses.
