Part Time Contract Remote Role | Life Coach
Duration: 10 -11 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $75 - 100/hour on w2
Note: The total contract duration includes up to 40 hours of work, with approximately 15–20 hours required during the initial months, followed by around 3 hours per month until the contract ends.
Job Description:
A Life Coach is a professional who helps individuals achieve personal and professional growth by providing guidance, support, and accountability. They work with clients on various aspects of their lives, including career development, relationships, finances, and health. Life Coaches utilize coaching techniques, active listening, and motivational strategies to empower clients and facilitate positive life changes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and aspirations.
- Help clients develop a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and accountability as clients work towards their goals.
- Teach clients coping skills and stress management techniques to navigate challenges effectively.
- Assist clients in identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs that hinder their progress.
- Celebrate clients'successes and milestones to reinforce positive change.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent listening and communication skills to understand clients'needs and concerns.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, creating a safe and supportive environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help clients overcome obstacles and find solutions.
- Ability to create and implement personalized coaching plans tailored to each client's unique situation and goals.
- Knowledge of psychology and human behavior to understand and address clients'underlying motivations and challenges.
- Compassion and empathy to connect with clients and provide non-judgmental support.
- Continuous learning and self-improvement mindset to stay updated with coaching methods and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Life Coaching from a reputable organization, demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional standards.
- Experience working with specific populations, such as couples, executives, or entrepreneurs, allowing for specialized guidance.
- Knowledge of specific coaching modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Positive Psychology, to offer diverse approaches to coaching.
