Life Enrichment Coordinator

Serenity at LGAR, a new 40 bed Personal Care/Memory Care unit inTurtle Creek, is currently seeking enthusiastic Actvity staff members to enhance the lives of their Residents. An ability to be flexible in scheduling is essential. The sucessful applicant will possess a knowledge base of geriatrics, memory care, Resident-Centered care, purposeful activity programming and have an excessent rapport with Residents, staff in other departments as well as family members, visitors and vendors. The dynamic activity calender of events must include daylight, evening, weekday and weekend groups that encompass and promote each Resident's well-being as well as enriching their quality of life through active, social, spiritual, creative, recreational and special events. Knowledge of infection prevention, dietary restrictions and special needs as well as a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid Certification and a willingness to complete additional training as needed.
