Under direct supervision of the Life Enrichment Manager, the Life Enrichment Specialist works cooperatively with villagers, families and coworkers to create a household environment that promotes villager directed living. The Life Enrichment Specialist coordinates life enrichment opportunities based on villagers' choice to enhance their sense of well being and to promote physical, cognitive and emotional health. These include but are not limited to: self esteem, pleasure, comfort, education, creativity, success and independence. The Life Enrichment Specialist maintains the cleanliness of the household, which includes public areas and villager's rooms.

This position is a 40% posting that will work every other weekend and rotational holidays. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. Non-Benefit Eligible.Job Type: Part-time Non-Benefit Eligible
