Virtuity Financial Partners is a protection-first financial services agency. I'm Patrick Puorro, an agency owner, and I'm looking for a few people who want to build a real practice helping working families.

What we do
We help families find their income gaps, get properly insured, and plan for retirement. Our advisors use proprietary tools built in-house to walk clients through a financial needs analysis during the appointment, so clients see their situation clearly and can make decisions on the spot.

Two paths in

• Already licensed: Plug into our tools, product access, and mentorship and start running appointments quickly.
• Not licensed yet: We'll walk you through studying for and passing your state Life & Health exam. Licensing and exam fees are your cost, and we'll tell you exactly what to expect up front.

What your first 90 days look like

• Licensing (if needed) with study support and accountability
• Field training: you'll sit in on real appointments before running your own
• Weekly live training on sales, products, and mindset
• Learning our Financial Needs Analysis and CRM platforms

Who this is for
People who are coachable, comfortable talking with others, and motivated by helping families. Teachers, nurses, coaches, service industry pros, and anyone with a strong community tend to do well. No finance background needed.

The honest details
This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-based role. Income depends on your effort and results. There's a path to earn renewals and build your own team over time. Background check required.
