PAY STRUCTURE WILL BE BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE AND PAST SALES HISTORY

Alan Neal State Farm is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the primary role of Life Insurance Specialist, with the ability to also sell P&C policies. Previous Life Insurance Sales is REQUIRED.
As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the Life insurance services and products to benefit customers and their families. Your previous Life Sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the necessary support and reassurances. This role will also include pivoting to P&C, but primarily for selling Life and some Health (STDI) insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Search through my book of business for Life Ins opportunities
• Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
• Assist customers with claims and policy changes.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Texas GL LIFE & HEALTH insurance license, as well as a GL Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Heavy sales experience in Life and Health insurance.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance agency software.

This is a remote position.
