Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Sales Representative who specializes in life insurance sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients secure their financial future through tailored life insurance products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients interested in life insurance products.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in life insurance sales or a related financial services role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Licensed to sell life insurance in the state (or ability to obtain license promptly).
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
