Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as online platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to understand their insurance needs and educate them about life insurance options.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations, assess their risk profiles, and recommend suitable life insurance policies to meet their specific needs.
  • Utilize digital tools and software to provide quotes, complete applications, and facilitate the underwriting process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and providing personalized service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant information and advice.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details in our CRM system.
Requirements:


  • Proven experience in life insurance sales or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and helping others.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools, software, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of different life insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Life insurance license [if applicable], or willingness to obtain one.
  • High school diploma/GED required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
