Compensation & Benefits

• Expected First-Year Earnings: $40,000 - $90,000+ Base + Commission, Uncapped Commission structure

Key Responsibilities

• Consult & Protect: Conduct financial needs assessments with clients to recommend appropriate life insurance and annuity products.
• Lead Execution: Actively follow up on company-provided leads and network to expand your local client base.
• Build Trust: Establish long-term relationships with clients through clear, empathetic, and honest communication.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all applications and client interactions strictly adhere to state regulations and industry standards.
• Continuous Growth: Participate in regular team coaching, sales training, and strategy sessions. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active State License: Must hold a valid Life Insurance License (or Life & Health) in California.
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales, financial services, or a high-volume retail/telemarketing environment is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, accessible terms.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRM platforms, quote generators, and virtual meeting software (like Zoom).
• Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a regulatory background.
