Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and familiarity with health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
