In this direct hire, Life Insurance Agent role you will have lots of opportunity for growth and will be instrumental in helping build a direct-to-consumer insurance agency from the ground up. Salary target: $55K to 60K base + bonus (based on personal performance)

Location: Hybrid with 2 days in Scottsdale office

This will be a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, the ideal candidate will need to have the following key requirements:

Life Insurance producer license required
2+ years customer service/other related work experience
Strong data analyses skills, experience with a CRM preferred
High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred, not required)
Local Candidates to the Metro Phoenix area ONLY
Must be U.S. Citizen or Current U.S. Green Card holder to be considered, no sponsorships
