As Account Representative for Tyler Rude State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Life and health insurance production.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Producer license.

This position includes a base hourly rate in addition to a sales commission. Commission will vary based on performance. Previous life sales experience is required. This job requires time in-office. Do not apply if you are seeking remote only.
