ROLE DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about helping people protect what matters most? At Hunter Bolden State Farm, we’re seeking a Customer-Focused Life/Health Insurance Sales Agent who builds trust, communicates clearly, and guides clients to the coverage that fits their needs.


Your sales skill will help grow your income while providing families with security during life’s most vulnerable moments.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Educate families on Life Insurance options
• Offer Mortgage Protection coverage to help safeguard homeownership
• Build relationships with customers by listening, communicating, and advising
• Help clients choose the right coverage level for their goals and budget

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Life/Health Insurance License

COMPENSATION PLAN (P&C %)

F&S Level — P&C %

1. Life Policies: 2.5%
2. Life Policies: 3.75%
3. Life Policies: 5%
4. Life Policies: 6.5%
5. Life Policies: 10%

To reach 10%, the agent must clear $350.00 in monthly premium on their Life policies.
