ROLE DESCRIPTION: Shane Huber - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life Insurance Specialist. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life insurance solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities.
Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life insurance solutions.
Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Review existing coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.
