Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families to assess life insurance needs
- Present customized coverage solutions and explain policy options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline consistently
- Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and networking
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- 1-2 years of Life Insurance Experience is REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Sales mindset with a desire to earn based on performance
- Comfortable with outreach (calls, follow-ups, and networking)
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
- Bilingual skills (preferred, not required)
