Responsibilities
- Educate clients on the importance and value of life insurance.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and prospecting.
- Cross-sell life insurance opportunities to existing property and casualty clients.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Follow up on leads promptly and consistently.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within agency systems.
- Stay current on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with agency team members to identify additional client opportunities.
Requirements
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain before employment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
