Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Educate clients on the importance and value of life insurance.
Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and prospecting.
Cross-sell life insurance opportunities to existing property and casualty clients.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Follow up on leads promptly and consistently.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within agency systems.
Stay current on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
Collaborate with agency team members to identify additional client opportunities.
Requirements
Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain before employment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
