California Life and Health Insurance License (required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
