Overview

As a Life & Retirement Advocate youll play a key role in supporting annuity operations and ensuring a smooth accurate and compliant experience for our customers and field partners.
In this role youll process new business transactions support in-force policy changes and collaborate closely with internal teams and field representatives. Youll be part of a dynamic team-oriented environment that values accuracy continuous improvement and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Review applications to ensure all requirements are received In Good Order and identify any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with the field sales team via phone and email to obtain required information.
- Gain and apply knowledge of annuity processes including ACH transactions allocation changes withdrawals and surrenders.
- Meet or exceed established service standards productivity and quality goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of college preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry.
- FINRA Series 63 licenses strongly required.
- Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; above-average math/accounting skills.
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing learning including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged.
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed.
