Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CRM and business applications projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
Guide cross-functional project teams, including business stakeholders, technical resources, and external partners.
Oversee CRM platform implementations, upgrades, and optimizations, focusing on systems like Salesforce and Veeva.
Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT to align project deliverables with business objectives.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including GxP, FDA, and HIPAA.
Lead change management and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful CRM program integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in CRM or business applications projects within life sciences.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale technology projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors.
Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, and regulatory compliance in life sciences.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or Salesforce Health Cloud.
Proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication.
