Compensation

$260,000 – $390,000+

A premier global law firm is seeking a Life Sciences Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing innovative life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, and technology companies throughout every stage of their business lifecycle—from formation through financing, growth, public offerings, and strategic exits.

Ideal Background

2–4 years of corporate, emerging companies, venture capital, capital markets, or M&A experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

• Experience representing venture-backed private companies, publicly traded companies, investors, or strategic buyers

• Experience handling equity financings, venture capital investments, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters

• Experience advising public companies regarding SEC reporting, ongoing disclosure obligations, and corporate governance matters

• Experience with registered equity offerings, IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other capital markets transactions

• Experience representing life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or technology companies is preferred, but attorneys with a demonstrated interest in the life sciences sector are encouraged to apply

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted
