What we’re looking for

Why this role

This is not a narrow seat. The practice touches financings, exits, public company work, and day -to -day counseling for serious life sciences clients, with room to build range instead of getting boxed into one product.

It is also a strong platform for associates who want better exposure to company -side strategy. You’ll be close to founders, boards, investors, and management teams, and you’ll work alongside lawyers who sit at the intersection of venture capital, capital markets, M&A, and healthcare.

For the right mid -level associate, this is a smart move: strong brand, sophisticated deal flow, and a practice built for lawyers who want to stay close to the life sciences market as it evolves.
