Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a junior to mid -level IP litigation associate to join its nationally recognized life sciences practice in Denver. This team handles high -stakes patent disputes for innovator pharmaceutical companies and is deeply involved in matters that shape the market.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
This is a litigation -forward role with real responsibility, direct client exposure, and sustained mentorship from lawyers who are consistently active in district courts and before the PTAB.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
<\/p>
The Role<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div> You will focus on complex patent litigation involving pharmaceuticals and biologics, including:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Hatch -Waxman ANDA litigation<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• BPCIA disputes<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• District court patent cases<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• PTAB proceedings<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Strategy development, briefing, and case management<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Working closely with clients on litigation and portfolio strategy<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/p>
The work is substantive and demanding. Associates here are expected to think, not just execute.<\/span>

The Candidate Profile<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div> • Junior to mid -level IP litigation attorney<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Meaningful exposure to Hatch -Waxman and or BPCIA matters<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• District court and PTAB experience preferred<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Strong writing skills and comfort taking ownership of workstreams<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Technical background in life sciences strongly valued<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
