About the Role:
Integrated Community Living and Par is looking for a passionate and driven Life Sharing and In-Home Support Director to lead meaningful programs that make a real difference in people's lives. Based in Allentown, PA, this is a unique opportunity to guide a dedicated team in delivering person-centered support services that empower individuals to thrive in their communities. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all Life Sharing and In-Home Support programs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor direct support professionals and program staff
  • Develop and monitor individualized support plans in collaboration with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including ODP (Office of Developmental Programs) standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with life sharing families, community partners, and funding agencies
  • Monitor program budgets, documentation, and reporting requirements
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in developmental disabilities, human services, or community living programs
  • Prior supervisory or director-level experience in a related setting
  • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP regulations and waiver services
  • Experience with Life Sharing (family living) and In-Home Support models preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
