The Lifecycle Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Vehicle Experience Program (VEP) and supporting daily customer service operations. This role manages reservations, customer payments, repair orders, vehicle presentation, and front-counter service activities.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage Vehicle Experience Program (VEP) reservations and scheduling.
• Collect and process customer payments accurately.
• Open, update, and close repair orders.
• Run vehicles through the car wash and ensure vehicles are clean and customer ready.
• Handle service customers at the service window and provide professional assistance.
• Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support service center operations and customer experience initiatives.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Use of Mail Merge, lookup functions, generation of reports, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work efficiently in web-based systems
