The Global Engineering Services (GES) Team is seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager specializing in Lifecycle Engineering & Management for Amazon's growing fleet of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and related technologies for the world-wide Fulfillment Center network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of PIT Acceptance, managing End of Life (EOL) transitions, and optimizing Fleet Management activities. The Lifecycle Engineering team supports the Global Engineering Services organization in deployment of advanced technology on Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and related material handling equipment (MHE). This position requires the ability to innovate and implement process improvement projects to improve the safety and efficiency of our fulfillment centers.This candidate should be a highly experienced program manager with a history of delivering complex technical projects. A background in PIT, hydrogen fuel cells, distribution processes and storage systems is a plus. The candidate must be a self-starter, possessing the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously as well as be able to influence, and develop relationships at all organizational levels.
