Lifecycle Marketing CoordinatorTitle: Lifecycle Marketing CoordinatorEmployee Status: Regular Full TimeWork From Home Option: Hybrid - 2 Days/Week (40% Remote)FLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob OverviewPerforms tasks and oversees processes and project components for the Brand Marketing function under limited supervision, ensuring work is aligned to organizational standards, brand strategy, and marketing objectives. Responsible for managing and executing brand marketing activities that support the organization's overall brand positioning, consumer engagement, and market presence.Essential FunctionsCraft compelling, effective SMS and email marketing communicationsMaintain digital marketing content calendarsLiaise with the Sales department to execute digital campaigns for ticket pre-sales, on-sales, discount offers, and moreCommunicate proactively with the Sponsorships, Racing, Communications, Sales, and F&B departmentsContribute to general upkeep, optimization, and expansion of NYRA.com webpagesQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or related field.Preferred SkillsExperience with short‑form, action‑oriented copywriting (SMS, push notification, and/or email marketing)Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers in a specific toneSharp attention to detail; no punctuation mark or grammatical nuance is too small to correctStrategic thinking skills, able to develop ideas into actions that drive business resultsCurious and resourceful self‑starter, with ability to solve problems and seek new informationWorks well with colleagues at varying levels and can tailor communication style based on audience and seniorityComfortable operating on own accord and navigating ambiguityKnowledge of thoroughbred racing is a plus, though not mandatorySummary of Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentThis position is primarily sedentary and will be indoors, on a computer.Pay Range$23.88 – $28.94#J-18808-Ljbffr
