Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle and loyalty marketing programs from strategy, planning, and execution through performance measurement and optimization.

Develop customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies that drive usage, loyalty, and long-term customer value across Microsoft Rewards and Bing.

Present campaign strategies, business performance, customer insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, including Director, GM, and VP audiences.

Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.

Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver integrated customer marketing initiatives.

Drive segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and customer journey optimization to improve program effectiveness and business outcomes.

Own executive reporting, KPI tracking, and quarterly business reviews, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Influence marketing strategy through strong stakeholder management, thought leadership, and customer-centric decision making.

Preferred Background

Experience leading loyalty or membership programs such as Starbucks Rewards, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, American Express Membership Rewards, Target Circle, Sephora Beauty Insider, Nike Membership, or Amazon Prime engagement programs.

Demonstrated success creating and scaling customer retention, engagement, and loyalty initiatives.

Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Salary Range: $82,000 - $121,000 a year
