Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Onsite once a week in Draper, Utah
6-month contract
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00per hr.

Our client is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing and optimizing multi-channel customer communications based on user lifecycle status (onboarding, engagement, retention, or win-back). This individual brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, program management, and data analysis to run high-performing campaigns autonomously while actively mentoring junior team members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership: Manage lifecycle programs end-to-end from concept, strategy, and creative briefing to production, QA, deployment, analysis, and documentation.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Formulate robust hypotheses and run structured A/B tests across copy, creative, and timing to consistently improve conversion and retention metrics.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex multi-channel campaign funnels using data visualization tools (like Tableau) to pull out actionable insights for future marketing iterations.
  • Targeted Segmentation: Oversee the segmentation strategy for your designated part of the lifecycle, making recommendations for new behavioral or demographic segments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with MarTech, Product, Creative, Data, and Web Analytics teams to build automated, triggered communication streams.

Required Skills:

  • 3 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or retention marketing (D2C or subscription backgrounds preferred).
  • Proven track record of running successful multi-channel programs (Email, Push, SMS, In-App).
  • Proficient with enterprise ESPs/CDPs (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics software.
  • Strong collaborator who can turn high-level marketing strategy into precise creative briefs and technical execution instructions.
  • Analytical self-starter comfortable using data to tell a narrative and justify campaign updates.
