Job Summary:
This role focuses on understanding, documenting, and enhancing global lifecycle marketing processes. You will be responsible for creating clear operational documentation and establishing metrics to measure performance. The ideal candidate will translate complex workflows into actionable insights and standardized procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture and document global marketing workflows through interviews and workshops.
- Develop standardized documentation including swim lane diagrams and SOPs.
- Design and implement a process benchmarking framework to track key metrics.
- Analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a centralized, version-controlled library of all process documentation.
Must-Have Skills:- Exceptional process documentation skills.
- Experience in defining process metrics and baselines.
- Proficiency in Workfront and M365 for workflow management.
Industry Experience:
Experience in email or lifecycle marketing operations is preferred, with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end execution workflow from creative briefing to deployment.
