- Ability to work with children
- Previous swimming experience but not required (We will train the right candidate!)
- Must be willing to work in the water for 3-4 hours on some shifts
- Must be able to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday- 4-hour shift) and some evenings (until 7:30)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background checks (included with training)
- MUST WANT TO HAVE FUN!
- Ellis Lifeguard Certification is required within the first 90 days of hire.
