THE JOB:

As a Lifeguard at MGM Grand, you are more than safety. You are part of every splash, every smile, and every memory. From poolside protection to exceptional hospitality, you deliver confidence and care at one of Las Vegas' most sought after resort pools.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Monitor pool and deck areas to ensure guest safety and respond to emergencies.

• Follow all safety, health, and legal policies to protect guests, employees, and property.

• Report incidents and complete required documentation.

• Guide guests to key locations, including emergency exits and procedures.

• Deliver friendly, proactive guest service by assisting with seating, towels, amenities, hours, ADA needs, and directions.

• Resolve guest needs promptly while anticipating and preventing potential issues.

• Complete daily pool setup and breakdown, cleaning, linen distribution, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 16 years old or older.

• Must be able to swim to obtain the Lifeguard certification.

• Availability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays preferred.
