To supervise swimming activities at Sugar Creek Country Club and ensures that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed at all times.We desire an enthusiastic and social individual that can connect with people personally and professionally while providing exceptional service to our members.
Job Tasks:
· Successfully follow Opening and Closing procedures daily, depending on schedule and hours.
· Treat the pool with appropriate concentration of chemicals on a regular schedule
· Monitor pool activities throughout shift and identify any safety issues or improper activities.
· Enforce pool regulations and water safety policies
· Maintain a clean environment in and around the pool
· Provide assistance to members as needed
· Monitor weather reports closely to ensure safety of guests
Qualifications:
· Must have valid driverâ€s license
· CPR/AED certification
· Lifeguard Certification
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
