About the Role


As a Lifestyle Advisor at Ncognito USA, LLC, you will be the first point of connection for new and existing clients looking to improve their health, mobility, and overall wellness. This role is highly sales-oriented, focusing on enrolling clients into our massage and stretch therapy memberships, as well as our studio memberships for personal training, group coaching, and workout sessions.


You will thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment where relationship-building and delivering an exceptional in-person experience are top priority.


Responsibilities


  • Drive membership sales by confidently discussing Ncognito’s stretch therapy, massage therapy, and training membership options.

  • Conduct studio tours, introductory consultations, and follow-ups with prospective members.

  • Assist in scheduling stretch, massage, and training sessions while ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all services and promotions to educate clients effectively.

  • Build relationships through consistent communication, personalized recommendations, and a warm, professional presence.

  • Track client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using our scheduling and CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with therapists, trainers, and front desk staff to support an exceptional client experience.

  • Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp on sales techniques, wellness offerings, and customer-service best practices.

Requirements


  • Sales or customer-facing experience is required (fitness, wellness, or hospitality experience strongly preferred).

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage, build rapport, and close sales.

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness with an energetic and positive demeanor.

  • Comfortable learning and using scheduling platforms, CRM tools, and communication software.

  • Must have full Sunday availability — this is non-negotiable.

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and additional weekends as needed.
