Touchmark on West Prospect is Appletons leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and meaningful relationships. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and service-minded Lifestyle Concierge to help residents enjoy life to the fullest by providing personalized services that make everyday living easier and more enjoyable.

What Youll Do
- Meet with residents to learn about their interests and identify personalized concierge services.
- Coordinate and provide fee-based lifestyle services that enrich residents daily lives.
- Promote concierge services and develop creative ways to increase resident participation and billable hours.
- Assist residents with personal shopping, errands, gift wrapping, organizing apartments, laundry assistance, companionship visits, dog walking, technology assistance, and other personalized services.
- Coordinate requests with housekeeping, maintenance, dining, transportation, and other community departments.
- Welcome residents, families, and guests while providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Answer phones, coordinate resident requests, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Support special events and community activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of concierge services and billable hours.
- Serve as an ambassador for Touchmarks values and Gold Standards.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred; candidates interested in expanding into future home care services are encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable promoting services and identifying opportunities to enhance residents lifestyles
- Experience in hospitality, concierge services, senior living, retail, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
- Genuine compassion for older adults and a passion for helping others
