The ideal candidate is naturally warm and welcoming, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys bringing people together through exceptional events and programming.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and able to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of groups, has a fun and engaging personality, and is skilled at creating social media content using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Canva, and short-form video.
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, weddings, senior living, or community engagement is preferred. We are looking for someone who thinks creatively, adapts quickly when plans change, and is energized by interacting with residents and creating memorable experiences every day.
