Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Associates with proven PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience to join our team in West Chester, OH. This role supports multiple areas of warehouse operations and will not involve operating PIT equipment for the entire shift.
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PIT equipment including reach truck, cherry picker, and forklift
- Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Perform inventory management and material handling
- Support general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- Previous PIT equipment experience is required (no training will be provided)
- Experience operating:
- Reach truck (highly preferred)
- Cherry picker (highly preferred)
- Forklift
- Turret truck experience is a plus
- Ability to perform physical warehouse work (standing, lifting, bending)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple functions
What to Expect
- This role is a combination of PIT operation and general warehouse work
- Candidates must be comfortable transitioning between equipment operation and manual tasks throughout the shift
