Pay tops out at $23.50/hour (plus shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Assemble lift truck components per work instructions
- Follow all Safety and Ergonomic programs & guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks as required
- Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
- Perform other work as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality
Additional Information:
- Position in located in New Bremen, OH
- Shifts: 1st (5:00am-3:10pm Monday-Thursday), 2nd (2:50pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday) and 3rd (7:00pm-5:10am Monday night-Friday night)
- On the job training provided
- Promotional opportunities available after 12 months
- Climate controlled working environment
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours
