LOCATION: Greater Portland, OR

SALARY: $21.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, Temporary-to-Hire, Long-Term Opportunity




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble small to medium-sized components and subassemblies according to established procedures.

• Follow written instructions, photo diagrams, lot codes, and production documentation.

• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-conscious work area.

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with strong attention to detail.

• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Communicate any quality concerns, material issues, or process questions to the appropriate team member.




WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum previous assembly, production, warehouse, manufacturing, or clean room experience preferred.

• Clean room experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and production documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes accurately.

• Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shift.

• Reliable attendance and interest in a long-term opportunity.




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position works in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment and may include clean room procedures. The role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, use hands and fingers for detailed assembly work, visually inspect small parts and components, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Closed-toed shoes are required, and candidates must be comfortable following a casual but clean dress code.
