Job Summary
We are seeking a Light Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our team! As a Tow Truck Driver on our team, you will be responding to calls from stranded motorists in the area and providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles. You will also be maintaining excellent documentation of each call, providing basic invoicing to clients, and accepting payments in the field as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with roadside assistance, has driven a tow truck before, and has excellent communication skills. This is a standard 40 hour week, mon-fri position with rotational on call duty. Pay is hourly (DOE) plus commision. 

Responsibilities 
  • Respond to roadside emergencies in a timely manner
  • Professionally and accurately assist the client by recovering the vehicle and bringing it to a designated location
  • Maintain the tow truck and all of your equipment to ensure a safe working environment
  • Maintain excellent records of calls responded to
  • Accept payment as needed
  • Accurately communicate with dispatch on status of calls
  • Work on-call every other weekend
Qualifications
  • Must hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in WA state
  • Has a clean driving record and can exhibit safe driving skills
  • Experience with private property impounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to follow directions
  • Live within a reasonable distance of service locations
