Job Description
Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM (occasional overtime until 3:00 PM)
Schedule: Possible weekend OT depending on Business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products.
- Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and other assembly equipment.
- Fit, align, adjust, and calibrate parts to meet quality and performance standards.
- Inspect and repair units that do not meet specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain quality standards and production requirements.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training provided.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong reliability and willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
