We are seeking Assemblers to support structural, mechanical, and electrical assembly of components and subassemblies in a production environment. The work involves following technical drawings and work instructions, using hand and power tools, and ensuring high-quality, defect-free output.
This is a hands-on role suitable for mechanically inclined individuals who want to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing. Successful completion of classroom and on-the-job training, including certification courses, is required.
Perform basic assembly of mechanical, structural, and electrical components and subassemblies.
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings to complete tasks accurately.
Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, torque tools, crimpers, ratchets, multimeters, etc.
Identify parts and tooling required for each task and ensure correct usage.
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and to ensure it is free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
Use computers to access work instructions, enter production data, and track tasks.
Wear required PPE and follow all safety and compliance procedures.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
High School Diploma, GED, or Technical Certification.
Basic mechanical ability and familiarity with hand tools.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and visual diagrams.
Able to lift, carry, push, or pull 10–35 lbs.
Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, overhead reaching, twisting, and walking.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings or schematics.
Experience with electrical wiring, crimping, or soldering.
Familiarity with digital multimeters (DMMs).
Basic proficiency in Excel or data entry.
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Travel: Up to 10% (domestic), after initial training and certifications
Overtime: Possible based on production needs
Certification Training: Required and provided
Relocation: Out-of-state candidates considered but must relocate at their own expense
Environment: 100% onsite production facility
