Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Tulsa, OK (100% Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Pay Range: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour on W2
Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Job Description:
  • Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance measures for the entire facility, maintain and repair all shop equipment and CNC machines.
  • Responsibilities will include handling shop waste, inventory and assisting shop personnel when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Repair or replace defective equipment using hand and power tools, and reassemble equipment
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on required equipment and schedules for audit purposes
  • Inspect and maintain lifting equipment used throughout the shop in alignment with EH&S
  • Inspect and maintain motors, belts, bearings, wear surfaces, fluid levels and the various parts of equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems with ability to determine appropriate solution
  • Assemble, install and repair electrical, pneumatic hydraulic systems as well as machinery and equipment
  • Record maintenance work orders of all performed maintenance
  • Work with facilities and manufacturing team for priority needs as requested to ensure smooth shop operations

Must Have:
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, elementary and ladder diagrams, pneumatic and hydraulic prints
  • Able to use hand and power tools and testing equipment
  • General knowledge of welding, manual machining equipment
  • Prior CNC Repair experience
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • PC proficiency with programs for work-orders, emails, and repairs
  • Must be able to stand majority of the day in a factory setting with occasional outside work when necessary
