Client Details
Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a rapidly growing Midwest industrial division. Projects include distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics developments.
Description
- Manage industrial projects from preconstruction through turnover.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and subcontract agreements.
- Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with field operations and superintendents.
- Review project financial performance and forecasting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
Profile
- 5+ years of industrial construction experience.
- Experience delivering warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
