Light Industrial Project Manager

Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a rapidly growing Midwest industrial division. Projects include distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics developments.

Description

• Manage industrial projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and subcontract agreements.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with field operations and superintendents.
• Review project financial performance and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Profile

• 5+ years of industrial construction experience.
• Experience delivering warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
